JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Solely handling day to day operations for BLS VIP center in Abu Dhabi Region as per the task allotted by the superiors.
• Handling and assisting all incoming request from the applicants for Indian Visa Services and accordingly guiding them.
• Liaising Directly with The Indian Embassy on dealing with sensitive and conflicting issues in a professional manner.
• Ensuring office procedures and systems operate efficiently
• Scanning and copying contracts / Passport documents and updating the Data Base
• Managing and prioritizing multiple assignments.
• Maintaining preset prepared documentation formats for repetitive paper works.
• Supervising the administrative staff of VIP center and Normal Center in Abu Dhabi.
• Supervising of the complete visa procedure and updating the customer on the Status.
• Prepare accurate and timely advice to Board Member, including briefings and correspondence
• Generating Cash flow statement on a daily basis and updating the Management.
• Maintaining Cash flow records through filing system.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information
• Organizing and prioritizing a demanding workload
• Analyzing and evaluate situations or problems to determine and implement appropriate courses of action
• Handling all data calls and guiding them respectively to concern authorities
• Maintaining Company data base.
• Training the new team members on company’s rules & Procedures.
ADMINISTRATION
• Supporting the administrative requirements of internal teams in a pressurized office.
• Can prioritize and handle multiple tasks while meeting established deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of all I.T packages (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc).
• Ensuring office expenditure is maintained within budgeted levels.
• The ability to plan, anticipate & react positively.

• Writing up simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Maintaining correct staffing levels in line with busy periods.

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
• Maintaining a tracking facility to enable documents to be updated easily
• Scanning in all relevant new documents. Checking dispatch documents are accurate
• Maintaining preset prepared documentation formats for repetitive paper works
• Responsible for maintaining hard copy information
• Ensuring all documents are as up to date as possible within electronic filing systems.
• Provide advice on procedures of issue and methods in accessing the system
• Liaising & Coordinating with various International & local Courier agents easing the Logistics.
• Maintaining Cash flow records through filing system.
CASH MANAGEMENT
• Generating and Maintaining cash flow statements of Branch
• Submitting end of day cash to G4s.
• Filing up of cash deposit slips received from g4s.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT.
MASTERS DEGREE IN SPECIALIZATION OF Marketing & Social Media
