• Maintaining records of specific details relating to the customer complaints, inquiries, feedbacks, customer transactions and interactions.
• Processing Orders on Daily basis, along with Follow up.
• Managing and improving the operational processes, policies, and systems in support of the organization’s mission.
• Supervising overall operational management, systems.
• Raising TT#, handling overall processing unit in co-ordination with Back Office.
• Responsible for making regular calls to the customer to resolve any customer service issues.
• Ensure proper documentation requisite for determining customer eligibility.
• Attend to customer enquiries, complaints and ensure total customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Oversees the daily sales and Operations.
• Help exceed Company sales and Operations Goals.
• Responsible for Management report (MIS).
• Work with sales to establish Sales Targets.
• Ensure Customer excellence.
- Provide quality control of the completed surveys .
- Do job at the first .
- Prepare records and results of the completed surveys .
- Assign Data .
- Monitor the surveys .
- Inform service advisors about the surveys .
