• Help banking and financial services clients on a wide range of risk management topics including credit risk analysis, customer risk profiling and policy risks
• Analyze credit data and financial statements of an applicant to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money to an applicant
• Analysis of the credit policy document, credit scoring and credit bureau aggregation.
• Experienced in reviewing and analyzing the country’s lending policies, designing & generation of score cards, credit bureau aggregation, file-match checks, assignment of risk segment, credit line assignment and credit decision
• Good experience in understanding the FSD, requirement traceability matrix and conducting gap analysis, impact analysis of changes in requirements, review of design document & test cases
• Identifying various gaps and suggesting transformations in the bank’s process and procedures to align the credit policies to with current market trends
• Consult with users, management, vendors, and other stakeholders to assess and devise requirements using requirement gathering to create or modify business rules and to develop functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements -DOP (Design on Paper)
• Conduct or coordinate tests to ensure that credit decision policies are consistent with defined needs.
• Part of the Core Solutions Group (CSG) which looks at possible areas of business development for the clients - helped identify possible areas where business/contracts could be garnered
• Liaison between business and the development teams - translating the requirements to the development team for them to implement
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss workarounds for current roadblocks, to discuss the future plans for the project and to clarify queries raised by stakeholders
• Recruiting the best talent from the available pool of resources by conducting interviews
