 Manages all aspects of fulfillment operation in order to support customer delivery. Works closely with all stake holders to ensure customer requirement and objective are met within the budgetary and timeline. Manage and coordinate 3rd party service provider readiness to be
aligned with customer delivery dateline.
 Manages a team of network infrastructure engineers providing solution and support to a wide network services environment. The main role is to lead the team in their day-to-day responsibilities and ensuring continuous support to Network Engineering in providing and establishment of reliable network for the organization. To ensure the fibre and infrastructure network elements operates under acceptable quality to the customers and prompt support to restore network failures. The responsibility includes planning and design, implementation and network health management.
 Manage and oversee 3rd party service provider contract and invoices process to avoid service
disruption. Streamline invoice processing process between engineering, finance and
engineering division. Initiate a comprehensive telco management database to improve invoice processing and tracking. Introduce and emphasis the usage of control mechanism document within division to centralize invoices book keeping record. By doing so, the team are able to tracks, identify and
resolve missing invoices and overlaps payment cases where the company manage to avoid service disruption by the 3rd party provider.
 Analyse, plan and provide network design and resource costing for new and strategic business
opportunity. Research, recommend, and establish technical specification and pricing for new business initiative including initiate RFP exercise in order to identify and appointment of panel contractors.
 Plan and design of multiple Thailand cross border optical fibre infrastructure and DWDM transmission to support multiple OTN requirements. Provide network solution, architecture and costing in order to support sales closing which contribute annual revenue of RM15 to RM30 million.

Determine, coordinate and execute projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Develop and establish communication plan, progress reports document, change request process and quality control throughout project life cycle.
 Negotiate and establish coordination with other department’s managers for the acquisition of required personnel/resources from within the company. Act as liaison officer with various local authorities for civil aspects of way leave application. Conduct and review contractor performance in order to ensure a smooth project delivery cycle and execute project changes request based on the project progress, status and challenges.
 Manage and completion of new Metro-DWDM central ring system in 2012 - 2014. The project objective is to consolidate and to free up Klang Valley existing fibre cores utilization and to replace obsolete SDH transmission network in order to support FTTH business. It was a 3 year project involving vendor management, planned event management, site planning and inter-department resource negotiation.
 Manage and completion of RM15 million Cross Peninsular Cable System (CPCS) from northern to southern Peninsular Malaysia totalling of 1000km optical fibre network system from 2011 until 2013. The project inclusive of provision of optical fibre infrastructure and commissioning of DWDM network.
 Manage and completion of RM12 million fibre network infrastructure co-build project connecting Central to Eastern totalling of 270km optical fibre network system within in 2013 until 2014.
 Manage and completion of 150km central ring fibre expansion project from 2012 to 2014 in
order to cater FTTH business segment expansion. Appointed member of network audit team (2014 -2015) assessing and recommend solution for FTTH in-building implementation and cabling issues.

Network Planning Engineer
Assess, recommend and initiate network enhancement activity to improve overall DWDM
network performance. To improve link OSNR, latency and network stability and ensuring the network performance are at par with the committed network SLA.
 Appointed as member of tender committee for new DWDM network in 2009. Analyse and perform expansion analysis based on tenderer’s technical proposal, BOM and unit price in order to determine long term cost investment against initial offering among vendors.
 Manage and oversee inventory of network elements for service delivery. To ensure network
elements are sufficient to cater customer requirement.
 Analyse, determine and design the network infrastructure to support organizational and customer needs through the planning and designing of a data communication network and
cabling.
 Work closely with sales and business development in order to, determine and procure
network elements or infrastructure needed through network additions, renovations or expansion as to ensure network condition and health at par with customer needs and requirements.
 Determine and make recommendation to immediate superior regarding the design of overall
network architecture to ensure maximum capacity utilization (MCU) by maintaining a broad knowledge of state of the art technology, equipment, and / or systems.
 Perform needs assessment activities and work with others to determine the network resources
needed for specific projects.
 Establish the project and budgetary records for network planning, track and monitor the status
to ensure budget constraints are adhere to.

Project Engineer
Team lead during network migration activity in 2004 to upgrade existing network from STM-4 to STM-64. Project involved fibre link preparation, installation, provision and testing of new SDH system, planned event management and post migration activity.
 Team lead for new DWDM network implementation in 2006. Project involved fibre link
preparation, installation, provision and commissioning of DWDM system, planned event
management, pre and post migration activity.
Plans and coordinates contractor and vendor activities for installation and commissioning of
new civil infrastructure and network equipment. Act as liaison officer with various local authorities for civil aspects of way leave application.
 Conduct and review contractor performance in order to ensure the smooth project delivery.
 Establish liaison with sales and operations support team towards achieving target of Ready for
Service (RFS).
 Conduct and coordinate project meeting with customer, vendors and internally and to execute
change request process when necessary.
