Reviewed ITB documents submitted in the proposal stage, issue inquiry requisitions, review techno-commercial vendor offers, prepare equipment, material and man-hour estimates. Participated in Pre-Bid, Tender and Project Kick-Off Meetings based on various role played in the organisation.
