Responsible for the technical management, supervision and control of Projects.
* Planning and organising project schedules to achieve the timely delivery.
* Assessing project and resources requirements.
* Determining quality control standards.
* Re-negotiating timescales or schedules if required.
* Team leader and the key liaison between Engineering, Design, Planning, Procurement,
Production, Quality and Construction.
* Company Representative as a manger to the Project Engineers, Production Engineers, Site
Engineers, Technical Engineer, Quality Engineer, Procurement Officer and Safety officer.
* Managing the responsibility and the pressure of meeting deadlines.
Compilation and study of Project Contracts.
* Budget and cost analysis of projects.
* Evaluate various resources required for the projects.
* Attend Kick off and coordination meeting with the contractor and consultant
* Review and technical proposals of shop drawings and submittals before submitting to the client.
* Obtaining approvals of shop drawings, material submittal and other required documents with
respect to the project requirement from concerned authority/consultant.
* Attend technical meetings as required to approve the above documents.
* Person in charge for planning, scheduling the submittals and its revisions required.

* Final approval of In-house shop drawing to proceed with fabrication subject to the approved
shop drawing.
* Final approval of purchase requisitions.
* Approval of resources to be sub contracted.
* Approval of vendors, Sub Contractors and Suppliers after reviewing their quality and services.
* Reviewing and approval of Quality Management system requirement as per the Quality
Procedures and Quality policies of the company.
* Reviewing and approval of Quality documents and records.
* Ensuring quality of jobs & train the personnel ISO norms.
* Ensure the target quantity of works should be done by conducting coordination meeting with
engineering, production, quality and procurement teams.
* Responsible for the timely delivery of the project with necessary coordination from client.
* Instruct the Site/ Quality engineers to raise the required RFI to inspect the delivered/ installed
products.
* Testing & commissioning of project individual systems for onward submission.
* Preparation and submission of progress invoices to client.
* Commissioning and handing over the projects
* Responsible to take approval of progressive invoices from site.
Detailing of shop drawing approved by the consultant.
* Estimation of materials required.
* Requesting of required resources for the successful completion of projects
* Responsible for the quality of the materials received for production.
* Instruct the production Supervisor & Foremen regarding the shop drawing & delivery time.
* Responsible for timely delivery & quality of the final product.

Job Description
* Company representative/point of contact to Client and Project.
* Review/study of project contract document.
* Finalization of procurement method (Mill/local) of raw materials in line with project requirements
and duration
* Study of Project Specifications
* Responsible for the approvals of material submittal, method statements, project schedule
programs and procedures.
* Planning project resources
* Follow cost claims and get it submitted and approved by client in coordination with commercial
team.

* Notification of delay to client for any issue delaying project execution and activities.
* Well maintaining of all submittal logs and project status.
* Responsible for program approvals and updates on weekly basis recording all events.
