cater to the rising demand for fully integrated facilities management solutions among commercial and
residential properties.
Responsibilities
Attend any tender information sessions offered, developing tender response strategy, review recently
awarded contracts, conduct Site visits, preparing tender proposal, understanding payment terms, finding
referees, presenting bid, addressing concerns and complaints etc. Co-ordinating Project Engineers to
execute the allocated works by assigning specialist sub-contractors if required. Major projects were under
ADCP, AL Futtaim group, MPM properties, Bin Yousef Group Properties, Al Ain Hospital, Health Plus Group,
Federal Authority, Al Jazeera Club etc.

Managing execution workload related to MEP services which include Electrical system, Fire Alarm, Fire
Fighting, Low current systems, & Plumbing by maintaining records and archives to company standards.
Direct and coordinate installation, maintenance, support documentation and testing activities to ensure
compliance with specifications, codes and project standards. Preparation and review of BOQ and Detail
Engineering drawings such as Electrical Layouts for Buildings, Industrial Installations, Single Line Diagrams
etc.
