• Developed and reviewed QA standards, policies and procedures for all functions involved with or related to the quality and testing in accordance with company standards.
• Support the Implementation and Management of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), FSMS - BRC, HACCP, HALAL leading to Certification

• Participate in the internal and external QA audit programs to verify adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all Microbiological sampling of Raw materials and finished products and its proper documentation.
• Liaise with Local Food Compliance Authorities Audit and perform corrective actions for Improvement Points/NCR’s before the assigned date.
• Calibration of critical instruments before due date and maintain control list with certification.
• Execute pest Control activities with third parties.
• Develops and maintains good production Practices and procedures, by promoting the hygiene and food safety awareness requirements.
• Manages all QA related enquiries (product, raw materials, complaints hazards, governmental requirements
Given lectures in General Microbiology, Medical Microbiology (Bacteriology & Virology) and Immunology at Post graduate level.
* In charge of the Microbiology lab.
* Conducted practical sessions in sterilization techniques, isolation techniques, culturing and cultivation of bacteria, fungi etc.
* Conducted practical sessions in isolation and characterization of medically important micro organisms.
* Conducted practical sessions in identification of blood cells, ELISA for Hepatitis B, VDRL for syphilis, Widal test for typhoid, and immunodiffusion.
Carried out routine maintenance of the equipment, media preparation, and quality control testing of media, maintenance of stock.
