Talent Management & Recruitment
•Responsible for the recruitment & talent management function for ETS & Touchwood.
•In collaboration with Business Leaders interrogated business strategy and operational plans to determine resourcing and talent requirements.

HR Operations
•Leading the HR Department for 2 companies- Touchwood Décor LLC & Emirates Technical Services LLC within Bukhatir Group.
•Leading the Corporate Communications function end-to-end for the organization.
•Strategic partner of management on people issues (guide, consult, and support).
•Employee relations, Engagement, Rewards & Recognition program.
