Work closely with business and fulfill the requirements which can benefit the business with policies.
End to end management of IT Infrastructure, Network & Security.
Technical Platform lead for SAP environment.
Spearhead the overall IT Delivery and infrastructure support (Servers, Voice and Networking)
Service Desk Management
Manage Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management and Change Management.
Execution of Information Security Audits.
Analyze & approve any change request authorization after proper discussion with BPO for business affect and for achievable results
Coordinate with applications teams and projects teams with infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations and business results.
Create and execute project work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements to meet timelines and milestones.
Manage internal policies and procedures, set project plans, and overseeing the progress of projects.
Provide documentation, support and training for systems and processes developed to meet corporate and divisional goals.
Call reviews for performance of all verticals in IT Infra.
Ensure all requirements are meet within the budget assigned
Plan IT budget (OPEX/CAPEX) & plan budget allocations to various quarters.
Regular team meetings for reviewing progress of the project
IT Infrastructure hardware and Software Procurement ( Servers, Network Devices, Software’s)
*Managing the IT budget and building a robust technology team for overseeing the application Development / Support, Infrastructure, Operations, Project Office as well as Project Management.
*Providing strategic direction on infrastructure related upgrades both from systems and network
*With self-initiative, designed & Implemented knowledge database and troubleshooting Docs.
*To work closely with business and fulfill the requirements which can benefit the business with policies.
*Owns managing Infrastructure & Operational Architecture build activities following enterprise standards or following the standards exception process.
*Manage infrastructure scope for the project and gain agreement and approval of scope changes.
*Owns completing all appropriate documentation required by the methods for Technical requirements, designs, build and testing of Infrastructure & Operational Architecture.
*Ensuring that all requirements are meet within the budget assigned
*Ensuring MPLS connectivity for all location.
*To liaise with software, hardware, switching and networking vendors/agencies for system enhancements for future requirements
Master in Business Administration with Information Systems as Major
