As a Payroll Administrator worked on KW Localization payroll in maintaining the employee data and processing the Monthly payroll. In the role of functional consultant Configured PA, Payroll, and Time management, maintained OM-related data Reporting, Analysis, and Appraisal on Employee Performances, Employee self-service (ESS), and Manager Self Services (MSS).

Job Responsibilities as an SAP HCM Consultant
• Change in system configuration as per business requirements.
• Daily system checks and monitoring.
• Provide online and offline support to users on a time-ticket basis.
• Support and enhancement of configuration as the company's business continues to evolve and grow.
• Make improvements to operations support documentation as needed
• Interact with developers and execute testing and documentation updates with development resources
• Design of business process enhancements.
• Create reports, Data Extracts, or Presentations as needed to communicate the business impacts of production support issues.
• Development of functional specifications for reports and interfaces.
• Creation/execution/documentation of test plans, and updates to existing functional design.
• Problem resolution and training for end-users.
• Providing expertise in the support of strategic projects.
• Working all assigned Remedy tickets, ensuring they are continually up to date and accurate.

PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION (PA)

• Created and Configured the Enterprise Structure (Personnel areas, and Personnel sub areas) and the Personnel Structure (Employee group, Employee sub-group).
• Customized Actions and Info groups, and assigned the info groups to personnel actions to enter structured information of the employee in the system for each of the actions (IMG step Customizing Procedures).
• Configured Info types menus in the master data screens (PA30) as per the client's requirements.
• Customizing users such as Screen Headers and Screen Modifications.
• Maintained internal and external number range intervals (Feature NUMKR) allocation for the employees.
• Customized various integrations from PA to other sub-modules within HR.
• Customized personnel actions and the reason for a change in personnel actions.
• Customized info groups for various personnel actions.
• Activated Features NUMKR, TARIF, etc.
• Maintained Master data using transactions PA30 and PA40 for different Actions.
TIME MANAGEMENT (TA)

• Configured the public holidays, and holiday calendar according to client requirements.
• Configured the work schedules like Break, Daily, and periodic work schedules and maintained work schedule rules according to client requirements.
• Generated work schedules manually.
• Activated feature SCHKZ.
Payroll (PY)

• Setting up Payroll period parameters.
• Defined Pay Scale Structure (Pay Scale type & Pay Scale area) and assigned to Enterprise structure.
• Defined Period Parameter, date modifier, and generated Payroll periods.
• Revise Pay Scale Groups and Levels.
• Configured wage types and set their characteristics.
• Activated features ABKRS, TARIF, and LGMST.
• Maintained Infotypes like Basic Pay (0008), Recurring Payments/Deductions (0014) and Additional Payments (0015).
• Defined employee subgroup and personnel subarea groups for the primary wage type and defined wage type Permissibility for each PS and ESG.
• Maintained the Processing Classes, Cumulating Classes, and Evaluation Classes for Wage Types as needed (V_512w_D).
