• Perform all Executive Assistant work, such as preparation of Minutes of meetings, Dairy Management, Meeting venues, Facilitating Travel arrangements letters, reports, correspondences, and other documents, etc. as directed, and see to it that all are treated with the utmost confidentiality and care at all times.
• To Provide Administrative duties and responsibilities include HR. Finance and Marketing support to ensure efficient operation of the office and Systematically filling important company documents.
• Organizing induction programs for new employees and forwarding all correspondence such as letters, packages, etc to staff members.
• Support customer communications and events trade shows, mailings, and related activities via telephone and email.
• Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Departments.
• Answer general phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner and greet clients/suppliers/visitors/ to the organization in a professional and friendly manner.
• Coordinatinating and Managing telecom account for the company to ensure consistent service from Zain.
• Prepared and ensured on -time submission of financial and performance reports.
• Liaise with banks on daily basis (NBK, AUB, KFH, and Warba) for bank transfers, LG, LC, (Import/Export) as requested by operation.
• Prparing Journal Voucher, Cash flow, Petty expenses, weekly cash flows in absence of Accountants.
