Seconded to ASHGHAL overseeing the projects progress and overall performance of projects from initiating to Handover to Stake holders.Delay analysis, Data base Management, and key performance Indicators evaluations, reporting Internally and externally are the major roles in addition to other minor works.

Current project with a contract value of 668Million and duration of 1414days is to develop Local Roads & Infrastructure around Mall of Qatar & Bani Hajer in Doha North Area.
My role as an Engineering Consultant Planner is to review, comment and approve - the Baseline programme of works (with Scope, Budget and resources), the Daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
Monitor the progress, Correspondance, S-curve, EVM, Look ahead and advice for timely actions like Authority approvals, Materials procurement, starting of works as planned and others to avoid delays or impact.
Prepare the Dashboards and Monthly reports. EoT Claims Analysis, Review and recommend to the client.
Metro Gold Line - Architectural Finishes Design Works Project:
Project has 10 Stations to be developed based on the concept Design. As Planning Engineer responsible to monitor the ongoing Design works in coordination with Architects & Engineers of various disciplines. Updating the progress in Primavera P6 program, incorporating the changes, developing the new resource loaded programs for variations, reporting the deliverable status in Master Document Index.
In addition supported team in Procurement activities and outline specification. Especially in maintaining the tracker and reporting to JV/PMC/Client Qatar Rail.
PMO, Program Management Office for Jeddah Municipality overseeing the Engineering Management services, Construction Management Supervisor, Operation and Maintenance works supervisor.
Played Key role in finalizing Annual and Five year Budget plan. Effective team member in the preparations of Design Management, Construction Management (Part of TQM), Contract Administration Manuals and other presentation required for Management. For a span of time responsible for EMC contract. Also prepared reports on status of works handled by EMC & CMS contracts.
Currently working for the year 2015 annual & Five year 2015 - 2019 Budget plan and coordinating, reporting on the status of works with EMC, CMS & O&M contracts.
Major Responsibilities were
* to produce Based Line Program of Works (in Primavera 6.7) and getting its approval as per the contracted scope terms & Conditions.
*Monitoring the Progress in 3D- With Duration (Baseline Program of works) as base, Quantity of work planned and Earned Value based on BOQ's unit price on Bi-weekly basis .
*works Delayed / challenges are responded immediately either interms of scope, various difficulties faced during execution, Resources and others with Sprint Programs / revised programs etc.
1. Current - Working as Lead planner at KPIZ, Taweelah for Infrastructure & Utility services along with Pumping stations for Combined waste water, Storm Water & Substations etc. BECTEL is the Project Management consultant & ADPC Client. Along with Weekly progress updates of Baseline program in P6 we are producing Daily, weekly & Monthly reports. Detailed progress log for each service with progress updated drawings with Sprint program are used to monitor & control the progress of work.
2. Previous - Planning Engineer for Design & Build project, ALAIN WILD LIFE PARK & RESORT with total target value of 420K$ USD(1.6 Billion AED) for a period of three years. Scope to construct all required Utility services Like Sewer, Drainage, Irrigation, Potable Water & Fire Fighting, Telecom, Electrical HV & LV and Road Networks along with Irrigation Pumping station & 33KV Primary Substations
3. Previous - project was at Dubai Industrial city, Roads & Infrastructure project worth 170K$ USD (650 Million AED) for a period of two years. Scope was to execute Utility services & pumping stations
4. Expansion of Abu Dhabi International Airport Design & Build Apron at Sir Baniyas Island. Scope was to construct Apron for the existing runway with Roads, Security fences etc.,

Experiment to reduce the carbon emissions and burning of fuels in un-controlled methods during the production of clay bricks in India. An alternative method of cement stabilised clay bricks was produced with a reasonable compressive strength to use for partition walls in framed structures. During the whole production process, no burning was done but only water cured.
