Currently performing / monitoring / assuring Maintenance works Rotating equipment under company scope and or outside service providers, establishing training needs / communications. Prior to above, Lead Multi discipline Pre-Commissioning activities, attending acceptance committee, Mechanical Completion, Progress / Coordination and subject specific meetings. I am part of conducting RCIs / RCIs assessment, Member of Team for MIC (Microbiological Induced / influenced Corrosion) investigation/mitigation, Maintenance Procedure development, technical support to project and several associated works. Reviewing and confirming performance curves for machines, Equipment Bases / base plates Adequacy, Anchor /Foundation design Load calculations, Axial forces versus axial deflections, Painting Specifications, MDR (Manufacturing Data Reports / Books), Spare Parts and variety of relevant documents. Performing “technical Bids Evaluation, Detail and Field Engineering / Modifications / Response to Site Technical Queries, review of Data Sheets, IOMs, FAT reports, GAD/Cross Sectional Drawings, P&IDs, Analysis Data, modification Schemes & Mechanical Seals. I am also reviewing Static / Package Equipment technical data. Leading pre-commissioning activities of Rotating equipment, Procedures reviews for activities of water flushing, chemical cleaning, De Greasing, air blowing, oil flushing, Motor Solo Runs, Mechanical Run Tests and Operational Tests. Managing team of multi discipline engineers of project management team. Effective Participation / chairing meetings for construction coordination, routine pre-com works, Walkthroughs, punch listing, follow up and several associated tasks with major contribution to EH&S implementation.
I am conducting technical evaluations of various service providers for Fabrication / Machining / Equipment & Valve maintenance works.
Currently, Monitoring Construction, Pre commissioning / Commissioning activities of DCKP-4 (installation of
Compressor, Pumps, Air Fin Coolers, HHP Coke Cutting Pumps, Coker Crusher, Conveyors, Overhead Bridge Cranes, Coker cutting drilling mechanism. Reviewing Engineering data of All Machines of Delayed Coker area (i, e Data Sheets, IOM, Test result reports, Drawings, P&IDs, Analysis Data, Procedures, Tech Bid
Evaluation, OTPs, MRT procedures, Modification Schemes & Mechanical Seals. I am supporting by an active participation to Static / Package Equipment installation/ erection. Performing / interacting pre-com/ commissioning activities through ICAPS implementation. During commissioning, monitoring / attending
water flushing, chemical cleaning, De Greasing, air blowing, oil flushing, Motor Solo Runs, Mechanical Run Tests and Operational Tests. During run tests, verifying the equipment behavior i.e Temperature, vibration, RPM, Current & Noise results in accordance to approved data / tolerances.
I was assigned ( from June 2009 to date) as an Approved Quality Supervisor (SAP#70011873), for General Inspection Service’s behalf of Saudi Aramco at North Ghawar Projects in Eastern Region, leading a team of Multi discipline Inspection Engineers / Sr Inspectors (14 & 4 Trainees). I am Representing inspection Department (NGPIU), during Kick of Meetings (Proposal, Engineering & Construction Phases) and addressing Quality requirements for all phases of Projects. Being Project Quality Manager (PQM) monitoring Quality Implementations for several projects of various nature / scope (i.e Sulphur Plants, Acid / Sour Gas Piping replacement, Hypo chlorination Systems, Gas treatment Units, Flare Systems, MPFM Piping Installation & DCS configuration, Fire water piping Systems, Waste Water Systems, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Data Back bone Network Systems, Data Acquisition Systems, Halon Phase out (VEFD) Systems, Power Supplies / Substations, OHTL, IDAS Security Systems, Infrastructures, Interface Facilities of Nitrogen Plant, Home Ownership Lots Development) simultaneously. I am one of the selected team members to revise Inspection Check list and Inspection Plans for Rotating / Static Equipment per latest revision in SA Engineering Standards, Procedures, Drawings and Material Specification; this includes the interpretation and appropriate references from International Standards (ASME, API, ANSI, ASTM, NACE, NEC, IEEE, and Best Practices of Oil &GAS) as well. Performing typical inspections of Process / Utility / Rotating / Static Equipments / Pressure testing / and associated piping / skids of Oil & Gas, GOSPs and Sea Water Injection Plants. Earlier from November 2008 to May 2009, I have performed the integrity confirmation of Mud logging Units of Halliburton, very high Pressure testing (20, 000PSIG) of Multi Phase Flow Meter Skids and other Mech Equip for exploration process. Three Recognitions and one Appreciation Certificate, Employee of the Year 2010.
As a Rotating Equipment Supervisor, at Hawiyah Gas plant Expansion Project of Saudi Aramco. Responsibilities were to supervise the installation and erection of rotating equipments such as Steam Turbine, Axial / rotary Compressor, Blower, Horizontal Pumps, Vertical Pumps, air fin coolers and relative accessories like, oil skids/chemical injection skids. Executed and Inspected the Quality of work as per client & vendor’s given data / specifications. Coordinated with Client, Vendors (Dresser Rand, KSB, S&T, Sundyne) and Sub-contractors. (Single point contact among all parties for major machines work). During Installation of Sales Gas / Propane Gas Compressors, Installed Dry Gas Seals with vendor Rep. Raised & Submitted lessons learnt observed as design deviations for rotating equipments inline to API 610, 611, 612, 617, 618, 611, 673, 675, & for Installation API 686, performed grouting (Shrink / Non Shrink), Took effective efficient part in modification of Motor Bases for GE and KSB equipments. Re designed the Lubrication route of Air fin cooler’s bearings.

Bolt Tension and De tension/ Torque. Hydro jetting of Heat Exchangers. Modification Of Plate Type Heat Exchangers, Modification Of Glycol Package In Gas Plant, Modification Of Centrifugal Dryers, Replacement Of Screw Conveyers, Replacement Of Rotary Feeders Etc.

•Conducted the training session for seven days on MILLWRIGHT basics at training center of Descon Ruwais UAE.
•Conducted the training session for 3 months on General Mechanical work at training center of Descon Engineering Ruwaise UAE (For Craftsmen Skill Enhancement Programme).

Installation of Rotating equipment i.e centrifugal pumps (single /multi stage- Horizontal/Vertical, Sea water submersible pumps, Centrifugal / reciprocating compressors and several other associated items / equipment. I have installed package type boilers (70ton/Hr steam generation capacity), Air receivers,
Heat exchangers, and other process static equipment. Performed loading of packing, installation of internals, further more assembly of air fin coolers and associated items/mounting.

PERFORMED BABBITING OF BEARINGS, COMMISIONING OF MACHINES, TROUBLE SHOOTING, AND MAJOR OVERHAULING ALSO. WORK SHOP PRACTICE, SORTING OF SCRAP AS PER MATERIAL IDENTIFICATION, OPERATION OF STEAM TURBINES AND MILLS HOUSE OF SUGAR MILL. INSTALLATION OF CENTRIFUGAL MACHINES OF SUGAR REFINE FINAL PRODUCT AND MANY RELATIVE ACTIVITIES.
