Working with First Solution Management services for Citi Bank as Credit Analyst
from 12th December 2021 to till Continue in service.

 Advice customers on their various payment options. If no payment agreement can be reached then informed customers of further actions that may be taken to collect debts.
 Keep customer files updated, recording times and dates that contact has been made and noting information that customers have received about their debt.
 Sending Emails to customer for payment reminder if payment not done on time then sending the legal notice.
 Guide customer about AECB and other negative impact of nonpayment on time.
 Perform restructuring & settlements on the accounts required or in client request.
 Trace the customer by taking the help of social network and other platform.
 Always implementing the new strategy on work to trace more accounts and resolve it.
