•Gauge a facility risk pertaining to environmental hazards and make plans to revert or avoid them
•Ensure the implementation and adherence of project safety programs and standards
•Interface with superintendents and supervisors to understand the type of activities that will take place
•Delegate responsibilities of HSE officer to cover each angle of facility safety management
•Investigate unsafe acts and situation and take measures to prevent the occurrence
•Make hazardous area identified with signs and posters, flashes and site safety campaign
•Interpret existing environmental regulation and prepare plan to drive continual improvement.
•Participate is routine HSE activities including corrective action, investigation and on site duties
•To support the company HSE policies, system and procedure are maintained on job site
•Ensure that the Emergency Response Procedure are implemented
•Ensure that the HSE performance data is analyzed to identified trends, lessons learned and best practices are shared
•Support and participate in incident investigation to identify appropriate root cause and to ensure the quality and accuracy of incident report and effective closeout of the incident action plan
•Building a positive health and safety culture among safety staff by allocating responsibilities, commitments, training and advisory support.
•Daily site inspection to minimize risk from hazards that may arise from activities.
•To maintain CATR on daily basis & coordinate with the site safety team to close observation.
•Preparing risk assessments and assisting the construction team in securing permits easily
•Providing training to the construction team
