Assist in software upgrades and implementations related to daily transactions and accounting.
Maintaining accurate financial records.
Post entries, classify transactions, and review balances.
Process invoices, payments, and follow up on receivables.
• Managing full of accounts function including daily accounting operation.
• Prepare monthly revenue report.
• Processing of Inward & Outward Remittance transactions.
• Preparing monthly payroll.
• Monitoring and follow up shipper outstanding payments.
• Review bank activity and prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Maintain financial reporting ( trial balance, income statement, balance sheet ).
• Identify and correct data entry errors.
• Work with Audit team to ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting .
• Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts.
• Processing and ensuring efficient and timely processing of the payments.
• Responsible for the daily outward and inward transactions of the remittance.
• Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources.
• Make regular contact with clients to ensure payment.
• Reconcile and rectify all sub-ledger accounts related as a month end activity.
• Daily/Routine checking of payment vouchers including, Shipping (Import, Export, Air).
• Petty Cash and other miscellaneous payments.
• Preparing different analysis reports as requested by the CFO.
Masters in Arts with major in Economics & Finance which includes Decision Science, Micro economics, econometrics.
