Responsibilities:
• Job Orders finalization and Production Planning and controlling.
• Auditing and controlling the Production of 6 factories.
• Checking and reviewing Daily Production Report.
• Conducting Daily Production meetings with different Production departments.
• Reporting to G.M for Weekly and Monthly Productions achieved.
• Check and review Daily Work Breakdown Report and keep them minimized.
• Making records of Monthly Performance Report of workers.
• Planning of Weekly Preventive Maintenance Schedule with maintenance department.
• Conducting regular meetings with Sales, Drawing, Stores, Production, Quality and Transport departments discussing major problems and resolving them.
• Raising Materials List to the Stores for the materials required for production.
• Coordinating with HRD and evaluating the workers on yearly basis for promotions and increments.
• Conducting interviews for new recruitments and selecting and appointing them.
• Maintaining and Calculating Inventory.
• Finalizing Drawings and BOQ’s for products.
• Giving feedbacks to R&D on Design Improvements and production issues.
• Working upon feedbacks from Quality department.
• Coordinating with transport department for deliveries of finished products.
Responsibilities:
• Production Planning and Co-Ordinating with the Galvanizing Unit and Powder Coating Unit.
• Arrangement of Manpower as per production planning in different production departments.
• Collecting the plan from P.P.C.
• Control of Overall Production Process which includes
o Shearing,
o Punching, Bending,
o Shaving, Blanking,
o Deep Drawing,
o Forming, Forging,
o ROBOT Welding,
o Carbon Arc
Welding,
o TIG Welding,
o MIG Welding,
o SPOT Welding and
o Cold Die working Processes.
• Check and review Daily Work Breakdown Report and keep them minimized.
• Make records of Monthly Performance Report of workers and trainees.
• Planning of Weekly Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
• Attend regular meetings discussing major problems and resolving them.
• Conducting Daily Production Meetings with the Supervisors and fabricators of different production departments.
• Maintaining Machine Work, Preventive, corrective maintenance records (ISO-9001-2008).
• CNC Programming on Perforating Machine Euromac -CX-750, Euromac-CX-1000.
• Managing all the Production Processes of the Manufacturing Plant.
• Maintaining and Calculating Inventory.
• Maintaining 5-S at the Shop Floor.
• Managing 4-M at the Shop Floor.
• Product Testing.
• Manufacturing Processes for Sheet Metal parts.
• Analyze Drawings and BOQ’s.
• Give feedbacks to R&D on Design Improvements and Issues.
• Work upon feedbacks from Quality.
