DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cases Handle as a Staff,
Trauma cases are our main focus and we have only trauma ER.
Severe trauma due to road traffic accidents for instance; head injury, spinal trauma, chest trauma, abdominal trauma pelvic trauma, fractures/dislocations & maxillofacial trauma.
Routine treatment to trauma patients and care of sick patients like I/V Canulation, NG insertion, Foley catheterization, IV Medication, Chest tube insertion, Vital signs, O2 Therapy, stitching, wound dressing etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To Look after the whole shift, as well as other related needs of the patients and staff during the 06 hours shift.
To check on the nurses while their duty.
Assigning the nurses on the different beds and giving them task as per needs during the shift.
Care of Ventilated patients in special care units.
Cases Handled:
Medical cases, surgical cases and trauma cases for example; M.I, CVA, chronic liver disease, copd, asthma, and other cases like road traffic accident and medical cases.
Cardiac cases and trauma cases were interesting for me.
Operated patients with drains in Special Care units.
Equipment Operated:
Machinal ventilator.
AED (automated external defibrillator).
Cardiac monitors.
ECG machine.
Infusion pumps/injection pumps/syringe pumps.
ABGs Machine.
Bipap & Cpap machines.
Other all equipment’s which are used in hospital.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Care of sick patients before hospital arrival.
Check Vital signs.
Stop bleeding.
Immobilization.
O2 therapy.
Pain killer administration.
Regular vital monitoring on cardiac monitor.
Apply spine board to patient with back injury.
BLS Support to collapse patients or with cardiac arrest.
Management of burn patients.
In placement of Endo tracial tubes.
Defibrillator/AED management.
Cases Handled:
Medical cases, trauma cases and gynae cases. for example; medical Emergency cases (paeds and adults) road traffic accidents, gynae cases, burn patients, bomb blast patients, All emergencies before hospital arrival, give first aid and after become stable transfer them to hospitals.

AED (automated external defibrillator).
Defibrillator.
Cardiac monitors.
Thermometer/BP operates.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Working on awareness in different communities on typhoid, Malaria & other Communicable diseases.
Door to door campaign to aware people about different.
Health promotion.
Collection of data from the Community.
Receiving daily data from staff.
Follow up of Staff and Visit with teams.
Meetings with Community people and aware them about different disease.
Different camping in different areas in communities related to their medical need.
Maintain mobile clinics in areas where any communicable or pandemic outbreak.
Give health education to people with less health education.
On data base worked in areas where they need help.
Maintained all the basic medicine and supply to staff.
Maintain staff rosters, annual leaves and duties.
Making monthly report and send to CEO.
Monthly meeting with CEO and discuss about issues, achievement and planning.
Cases Handled:
Medical cases with no treatment and they need treatment, then send to hospital for treatment.
