Managing TFX Product for all of the Non-Personal (Corporate, Commercial, Financial Institutions, Wealth and Business Banking) customers across RBS, NatWest, Ulster, Coutts, Adam & Co. and RBSI (NatWest Offshore, Isle of Man Bank, RBS International) brands.
As the TFX
As the Finance Business Partner, I reported directly to the CEO and FD. I was responsible for analysing the needs of the business as well as its customers and coming up with solutions to meet these needs.
Key Achievements;
•Developed a balanced scorecard for managing staff performance, which I subsequently used to score them and to provide feedback to staff (Sales/Trading) and line managers.
•Development of FX risk and treasury management system
•Developed the MI system to give Axia tailored reports; this saved the company a great amount of money that Axia would have had to spend on external development
Key Achievements;
•Changed the fixed budgeted methodology to a rolling budget to give more flexibility to line managers
•When developing the bespoke CRM Software from Sage line 50 to Sage 200, I engaged the software provider to apply similar rules and methods to ensure a seamless migration of data for accounting of FX trades and swaps& Migrating the data to Sage 200 from Sage line 50 the rules developed in the past for accounting of foreign exchange trades and swaps, I got the software writers to apply the same rules and methods which made the alignment a lot smoother.
Key Achievements;
•Conceptualised and developed Electronic Bank Reconciliation and Data Entry which enabled me to save at least 50% of my time. I was a major part of developing the rules and methods to value and account for foreign exchange trading.

•Recognised very early in the process the rules that were given for Data entry were not functioning properly and thus the accounting data in Sage line 50 for the past two years was incorrect.
