• Responsible to attend customer meetings, reverting on client communication & work closely with team to implement project execution procedure.
• Prepare detailed Engineering documentations as per the specifications.
• Programming, Installation supervision, testing and commissioning.
• Provide on-time technical solution to the problems & facilitate operations and maintenance assistance.
• PPM & troubleshooting on existing AMC sites for ELV (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Water Leak Detection, Rodent Repellent, UVSS Etc)
• Preparation of QC Documents (PM Schedule, PM Tracker, and Project IR's) for site services for maintaining the standards of the site.
• Ensure system reactive or breakdown calls resolution to maintain contract SLA.
• Imparting quarterly training to Field Technicians on systems installed at site.

As a Project Executions my core responsibilities as follows
• Responsible for handling end to end ongoing CCTV project management.
• Site survey, layout drawings and BOM finalization with the help of team.
• Design and development of Video Analytics solutions, Audio Visual & CCTV Systems
• Handling the project engineer and commissioning engineer and get the project done.
• Working with management to create strategic alliances with key suppliers and sets corporate preventive maintenance guidelines basis requirements analysis and project & resource scheduling.
• Project Coordination with customer and Vendors for smooth implementation of project.
• Service leading operation and maintenance staff handling with team count of 10-15 engineers.
• Preparation of live CCTV project schedule, team management.
• Responsible for designing and Implementation for project.
• Installation, commissioning and testing of govt. project of CCTV security surveillance.
• Execution and supervision of project activities such as drawing submittals, estimation, Follow-ups, manpower handling, handing over etc.
• Coordination with clients for any site instruction, follow-ups with sub-contractors for material in line with approved schedule and submittal site daily/weekly reports on regular basis.
• Carry out CCTV solution demonstrations to Customers.
• Prepare Techno-commercial Proposal, AMC and Cost Sheet and Conduct stake-holder meetings.

-> Customer Handling and briefly support about services.
-> Technical Support on field and in office as per required queries.

As an operation Technician my core responsibilities are follows;
• Supervise field technicians.
• Perform Service/ Installation, Troubleshooting, Testing, Maintaining of GPS Devices in Airport equipments & Vehicles
• Plan out equipment availability with Airport staff.
• Track quality, Maintaining installation data and monitor all installed IoT/GPS devices.
• Communication with back end team, engage in IoT devices and sensors calibration.
• Relocate outside of town/travel to another Airport as and when required.

required to complete the clients current projects, Install, assemble, repair, adjust, test, and maintain telecommunications equipment, such as wired and wireless telecommunications systems devices, PBX's, data/digital networks including Cisco routers and switches, passive work of LAN structural cabling, CCTV Systems installation, Computer hardware assembly/disassembly and repair, Configure software and drivers upgrades.
• Install and service cabling infrastructure and devices for Data, Audio Visual, and CCTV; includes pre-wiring, installation, termination, testing, reporting, and labeling per specifications and drawings
• Maintaining and using technological equipment (e.g. routers, switches) and other peripheral devices (ELV).
• Travel and overtime may be requested with this position on an ad hoc basis.
• Test and check equipment and/or assists other employees in testing and checking equipment
• Cable laying according to the blueprints & diagrams, pull, route &label Cat5/5e/6 Ethernet cables. Test and troubleshoot issues with Fluke Cable Tester/scanner.
• Working knowledge of test equipment (e.g., volt-ohm meters, transmission measuring sets, Fluke DTX-1200 & 1800)
• Managed all onsite installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Install, inspect, maintain, repair and test electronic security systems, CCTV Systems, IP Cameras.
• Cable Terminations with Connector for related technology as required for all aspects as a security systems, Telecommunications systems and CCTV Systems installing and servicing.
• Setting up hardware and installing and configure software and drivers.
• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provided solutions to restore functionality.
• Performed regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated.
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited is an Indian Aerospace & Defense organization, I got the opportunity through Apprenticeship program to increase my knowledge and develop my skills in the great industrial production department of communication System of Indian military Aircraft SU-30, where I learn how to work in the Industrial production environment and assembly electronic boards & Electro-Mechanical
units. Installations and maintenance of communication System, I involved with them in maintenance activities, handled equipment’s & materials, replaced failure equipment in the clean work environment. I am good to perform and complete all assigned jobs, in a safe and timely manner, have exceptional knowledge of hand tools, measuring Instruments, multi-meters and soldering tools, ability to read and follow assembly prints, engineering drawings and work instructions.
