Monitoring customer accounts and billing process, daily banking of sales and cash handling, procurement of vehicle parts, conducting periodic stocktakes, processing sales orders, insurance claims, invoices, refunds and authorising
credit payments and ensuring that store work practises, OH&S policies, quality standards and housekeeping are adhered to in the context of a flexible team envoirnment.
Taking initiative and satisfying client queries, performing
administrative tasks and relating to people at all levels.
As my job requires regular client contact both in person
and over the phone, I have always acted in a professional manner demonstrating a high level of client service ethics.
Lialising with internal and external customers, training
and coaching warehouse and casual employees, checking
of incomming stock orders, overseeing of outgoing
despatches and supervising warehouse staff and allocataions of jobs / completion. etc etc
