•Leading site execution for G+1 villa projects, overseeing all civil and architectural works from excavation to final finishing.
•Coordinating daily site activities with subcontractors, labor teams, and suppliers to ensure work is completed on schedule and within specifications.
•Reviewing and implementing structural, architectural, and MEP drawings; addressing site-level technical discrepancies in collaboration with consultants.
•Managing authority inspections, including Dubai Municipality and DEWA, and ensuring all compliance documentation is in order.
•Monitoring material usage, verifying deliveries, and reducing wastage through careful planning and inventory control.
•Preparing daily progress reports, inspection requests (IRs), and handover documentation in line with project requirements.

•Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.
•Checking work at site as per design drawing measurement and dimensions.
•Inspecting quality of material and standard of work specification.
•Effectively allocate labour, equipment, materials and subcontractors to maximize safety and profitability and to minimize costs and deficiencies.
•Maintaining & preparing daily report for material required for work.
•Satisfies the client with the work completion in time and with work quality of elements. Helping project managers to plan the work program.
•Helping co-ordinate deliveries of materials, plant and equipment.
•Resolving problems and implementing improvements.
