 Maintaining inventory of all IT equipment in the company.
 Mainting ISA server and ensuring its giving its peak performance. Act accordingly if not.
 Ensuring each employee gets access to internet in lieu with the company rules set by the MD.
 Mainting company’s ERP system based on Microsoft Dynamics GP. Also ensuring it is published live on Internet so that company MD may access it from anywhere during her frequent travels.
 Publishing and ensuring the company’s surveillance system (CCTV) remains up and running live on internet so that it can be accessed by the MD from anywhere.
 Take regular backups of EPL systems so that they can be restored in case of any loss or failure.
 Doing clean installation of systems when their OS gets too slow or corrupt.
 Ensuring Mobilink Wi-Max routers keep running at their peak and coordinate with their help line in case of any problems.
 Ensuring printers are always available via network sharing to each employee for printing official documents.

 Burning official data CDs on demand
 Ensuring company fax and phone line keeps working smoothly.
 Coordinate with contractor in case of problems arising in company PABX.
 Maintaining e-mail accounts of all EPL employees via G-mail Apps.
 Maintaining and updating website of EPL as per need and instructions of MD.
 Ensuring that all EPL systems are virus free and that Anti-Virus is properly and regularly updated.
 Conducting market survey for purchase of new IT equipment and negotiating the best possible price.
 Recommend purchase of new hardware according to the needs of the company to Senior Manager - Finance after conducting the market survey.
 Ensuring UPS of servers is 100% functional.
 Overall troubleshooting of all EPL system in case of any problems and to get them rectified.

 Giving support to customers over phone and getting to the root cause of the problem.
 Leading a team of field engineers and dispatching them to customer’s premises and on return get complete report of the problem and its applied corrective action.
 Update and maintain the complaints and actions as above in company’s SAP ERP system and Lotus Notes portal.
 Train field engineers on new or updated products of the company (both technical and operational).
 Report any bugs (if found) in new or updated products to the development team.
 Visit new clients’ end and ensure that the system is perfectly up and running before handing over to them.
 Train customers on how to operate the deployed products.
 Visit clients’ premises and meet them in person and ensure they are satisfied with the products and services of Wavetec (Pvt) Ltd. In case of any dissatisfaction, ensure them of the best possible services of Wavetec (Pvt) Ltd and resolve to get their complaints solved as soon as possible.

 Served as an internee officer during this period in KIA (Korangi Industrial Area) Branch
 Rotated in several departments of the bank and given general exposure of operations of them.
 Departments served include Clearing, Account Opening, Remittance, Credits, Accounts and I.T.
