 Ensuring company fax and phone line keeps working smoothly.
 Coordinate with contractor in case of problems arising in company PABX.
 Maintaining e-mail accounts of all EPL employees via G-mail Apps.
 Maintaining and updating website of EPL as per need and instructions of MD.
 Ensuring that all EPL systems are virus free and that Anti-Virus is properly and regularly updated.
 Conducting market survey for purchase of new IT equipment and negotiating the best possible price.
 Recommend purchase of new hardware according to the needs of the company to Senior Manager - Finance after conducting the market survey.
 Ensuring UPS of servers is 100% functional.
 Overall troubleshooting of all EPL system in case of any problems and to get them rectified.
