SITE 117 - 123. RIYADH K.S.A

1. Quality control on architect work/progress.
2. Perform daily inspection based on project specification and international standard.
3. All finishing and architectural works for building, single and multi-storied.
4. Check all items of RC, foundations and steel work involved in structures and buildings.
5. Assist in dimensional measurement.
6. Develop, report and maintain communication with all sub-contractors.
7. Verification of physical measurement of quantities for indirect labour and contractors' interim
bills.
8. Report any delay to the Engineer if appearing on the schedule.
9. Monitors the project to keep on schedule.
10. Overseeing the delivery of materials.
11. Ensure regular and timely response to contractor RFI's to witness and verify technical
inspection and material testing as required.
12. Regularly attend Quality meeting and contribute to resolution of quality issues that occurred.
13. Closely cooperate with PMT, HSE, Contractor and other department in project implementation
required.
14. Carry out inspection & certify all necessary inspections during various stages of site activities
as per approved inspection and test plan.
15. Initiate NCR, SDR for any violation in implementation for non-conformance and discrepancy.
16. Activity participate in the generation of punch list.
17. Supervision of finishing works.
