°Preparing weekly status report about pending goods, purchases & ongoing purchases. Collaborating with different departments for smooth processes to run warehouse system.
°Proper handling of transportation for the purchased goods to deliver the company site stores. Coordination with quality control department for verification and inspection purposes (if required). Coordinating between suppliers and project team, if damages & goods are not delivered as per our request then damages & refund claims rise.
°Monitoring the inventory level & managing the stock replacement process to avoid delays in project.
