● Effective vendor Management. Effective planning and scheduling of the project implementation.
● Coordinate for the implementation and installation of Telecom & Electrical works.
● Day to day progress report to Management and Customer.
● Guidance, counseling and mentoring of work groups.
● Participation in customer appraisals & review meetings.
● Scheduling of O&M Engineers and their teams for tasks.
● Evaluate daily progress work, detect delays and refer to the concern departments
Provide technical support to the field teams when required and follow up all outages with the Contractor.
● Manage OSP network resources e.g. fiber utilization, traffic restoration and final repairs.
