Imputing and reviewing the contractor reporting dashboard.

Monitor construction work (substructures, superstructures and finishing) of buildings and Infra-structure works.
Attend the field inspection for external utilities drainage firefighting irrigation water supply and electrical utility also for dry and wet utility services work.
Supervise all site operations, inspection requests and provide technical support to supervising staff when needed.

Review shop drawings confirming to Design drawings.
Conformance of all sites works inspections with Project QA/QC Standards and Procedure

and coordinating daily activities of equipment.
* Coordinate with subcontractors to follow up with Project Deadlines.
* Follow up with variation orders and contractual documents.
* Preparing the IRF, Documentation & Quality Issues, Closure of NCR.
* Prepares Inspection Requests and other quality related
reports/documents of every activity and monitor accomplishments.
* Ensure that the process of work is in accordance with the method
statements and approved drawings are followed.
Project : Quraiyyah Beach Maintenance(Abqaiq)
Construction of Substations of with high voltage 115/13.8 Kv transformers building, In Khobar and Al Hasa. Construction of Raft Foundation of 3500 m2. Comply The Applicant of Waterproofing on raft with 2 layer and on Roof PVC membrane with Thermal Insulation. Comply the Epoxy on Floor (Self leveling) with gloss material. Installing the Precast Wall, Double T-Slab and Hollow Core Slab including the Boundary wall. Construct the Duct Banks 20mtr Length, 4mtr width. With Manholes, Underground Water Tank and Transformers Foundation including Pedestals. Construct the Asphalt roads and Paving overall in substations and surrounding the area more than 150mtr long length with width 8 mtr.
Sawari towers is a luxury project located in al khobar, consists of two
towers 15 story (hotel tower) with covering basement. The
approximate area is 75000m2. The project design with all MEP works.
* Piling works of more than 1350 nos. with diameter up to 1.0 mtr and
depth up to 20 mtr.
* Pile cap work of structure with Raft area.
* Total Area of 20, 000 M2
for construction.
* Special concrete embedment to compile the successful installation and
commissioning of machineries.
* Two -16- story tower with Mezzanine, 275 Luxurious Apartment’s, with
Spacious Car Parking in basement and Swimming Pools.
Construction of Post-Tension Slabs from 2nd
Construction of Paper mill production building with other facilitating
units’ civil works with compliance to mechanical equipment
requirements.
* Construction of Effluent Treatment & Water Treatment Plant with
clarifier, aeration tank & other units to purify water with ecofriendly
methods.
* Construction of Non Plant building to service the equipment’s and to
store the final product.
Construction of Bachelor Housing Project Jubail, 31 apartment buildings
of 4 storage floors with 24 apartments on each Building, Ground Floor
is the Parking, with fully Furnished. Elevator Facility is available and
Asphalt road & Paving, Under the Royal commission Project.
* Preparing daily construction progress reports and three weeks look
ahead reports for site engineer and follow up.
* Interaction with foremen, site engineer for inspections.
* Making the Log sheet of Manpower & Equipment in me under Control.
* Co-ordinate with Sub- Contractor to ensure the work.
