Reviewed the Drawings for the RasGas tower Fit-out for verifying the locations of the building facilities and suggested new locations and or alternatives to facilitate the pertinent access to the building facilities from the Operations and Maintenance Perspective.  Evaluate the technical and commercial proposals of the prospective maintenance contractors coordinate with other stakeholders issue the Maintenance Contract and then manage the contractors and evaluate the performance of the contractor against the set and agreed KPIs and the SLAs.  Formulate the Maintenance Strategies for the Facilities in Ras Lafan and Doha. The formulation of the Strategy is based on the FM best practices worldwide with an emphasis on optimization of the business process to align the strategy towards the most efficient, practical, modernized, professional, economical, and compatible with Standards and best industrial practices.  Supervise the maintenance works in Ras Lafan and Doha Facilities using the services of the existing building contractor for Planned Preventive Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, and Proactive maintenance for the building facilities in Ras Lafan and Doha  Ensure that reactive maintenance is carried out in due course of time to make the system functional. All the reactive work requests received by the internal customers are recorded by the maintenance provider in CMMS (CAFM Explorer) for tracking and analysis of the trends of premature failures. All major pre mature failures are recorded separately by conducting the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and appropriate measures adopted to eliminate/ reduce such failures. Ensure that the Fire and Life Safety Facilities and other facilities comply with the local and regulatory standards and guidelines.  Maintenance Management of the RasGas Headquarters Facilities housed in the 57-storied tower, which was pressed into occupation and operation in 2008. I managed the Maintenance activities including the planned maintenance of the facilities under RasGass responsibility and the responsibility of the Landlord. The maintenance management was formulated taking into consideration the availability of the Building Automation System and the Building Management System so the Indoor Environmental Quality is well maintained along with water efficiency and energy conservation.  I was the lead in the preparation of the Maintenance Checklists for HVAC systems, Generators, Electrical Systems, Plumbing, and the water supply system. The other facilities included ground maintenance, external building fabric maintenance, Data Center Equipment Maintenance, Fire and Life Safety Facilities Maintenance, civil and ofice partition maintenance, and implementation the routine maintenance as per the established schedules to keep the facilities in the best operable conditions.  Prepare the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans for the facilities to ensure that the Core Business of the Organization is not disrupted in any emergency.
