As a Chief Information Security Officer Responsibilities: • Responsible for establish and maintain the Entity's Information Security Program and strategy to ensure the information assets are adequately protected and to reduce
information assets risks.
• Ensure the execution of all applicable information security controls as set forth in the
Information Security and Risk Treatment Plans to ensure adequate security for the respective systems.
• Established the Information Security Management System - ISMS program in align with
Local and International best practices similar or equivalent to Abu Dhabi (ADSIC)
Information Security standards and ISO 27001 - 27002.
• Establish appropriate measures to assess operational capabilities, and determining
compliance and effectiveness levels with the Information Security Policy and Information
Security Program.

• Organizing and overseeing the investigation of security incidents / breaches and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary.
• Work with external consultants / auditors as appropriate for independent security reviews.
• Manage Information Security awareness training based on entity's need, and ensure
consistency with the Abu Dhabi government Information Security Standards.
• Ability to participate with upper management in a decision support mode through the development of appropriate management information
• Leadership skills and ability to influence personnel toward stated security objectives and goals.

As a Technical Infrastructure Lead Responsibilities: • Responsible to handle various network & security consultancy & implementation projects.
• Involve in analysis and designing IT processes in various projects.
• Designed and implemented security solutions for ADEC IT infrastructure.
• Designed and implemented redundant & high available solutions.
• Provide day-to-day oversight and management of datacenter facility.
• Ensure the ongoing flawless operation of the datacenter.
• Work to find creative ways to keep operational costs to a minimum and work with team
members to improve efficiency and implement new datacenter strategies.
• Serve as primary point of contact for coordinating critical disaster recovery procedures
directly impacting the stability of datacenter operations.
• Schedule and supervise performance of both routine and emergency service on a variety of state of the art critical systems, including but not limited to; active general support
systems, UPS systems, chillers, fire detection/suppression and monitoring system.
• Supervise on-site management of the vendors, ensuring that work is performed according to established practices and procedures.
• Establish performance benchmarks conduct analysis and prepare reports of all aspects of the critical facility operations and maintenance.
• Work with IT director and other business leaders to coordinate projects, manage
capacity, performance, reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure that detail procedures are prepared and utilized for all work on critical facility
systems
• Maintain a constant state of readiness in support of the mission goal of 100% uptime.
• Establish a culture of excellence and constant process improvement
• Deliver excellence in customer service through situation analysis and timely resolve of escalating problems.
• Provides technical and architectural design & support to government entities like Abu
Dhabi Education Zone (ADEZ), Al-AIN Education Zone (AAEZ), and Western Region
