My Responsibilities & Duties
• Identifying the Variation, Prepare the Cost Implication and negotiate with Consultant & Client . (Finalizing the P.Sum amount and PC Rate adjustment)
• Prepared the client Interim payment certificate according to actual progress at site and taking approval.
• Liaising with Senior Commercial Manager to finalizing the budget and contract agreement for the projects & final account preparation & Ensure the proper reporting and analysis of the project information.
• Monitoring the budgetary cost and prepare the inquiry for necessary work elements of the projects.
• Participate to Material Procurement and monitoring the material requirement of the project and Preparing of Cost Comparisons.
• Go Through the correspondence and prepare the necessary correspondence.
• Taking-Off quantities independently of civil, architectural, Interior Fit-outs & external Landscaping work & Build-up Rates.
• Performing subcontractor invoicing process for payment certification, variation and final account.
• Prepared and monitoring the Claims/Variation logs
• Familiarity with FIDIC (Condition of Contract).
• Assisting the monthly project cost reporting process.
• SAP Application (Creating Purchase Requisition for project, Creating Service Entry Sheet, Creating Sales order for project, Creating Billing Document).
• Ensure that Retention letters, completion certificates, Bank Guarantee and feedback information on Contractors performance are carried out in line the procedures.
• Identified and mitigated potential issues for new bidding projects.
• Led and managed resolution of all issues during project construction of Sub-Contractors, supplier & vendors.
• Prepared bill of Quantities & estimation of new bidding projects.
