Field of Experience:
Directly reporting to the Time keeping Operations & Human Resources Managers.
Update the data in Oracle System.
Update manpower in the project.
Coordinate with Engines, foreman and Leadsmen for the daily attendance list.
Make Escape Report ho will be absent in project.
Daily report from foreman. Update the manpower.
Salary issue coordinates with Employees for normal vacation and emergence vacation.
Date Entry (MS Word, MS Excel and outlook) Operating in Oracle System.
Preparing of all kind of Requisition for check in & check out papers and clearance employees.
Arranging of project IDs and Gate passes for the workers and Vehicles.
Document control & inventory.
Make manual cards for the Managers.
Coordinate with others company.
