Responsible for managing all aspects of warehousing & preparation of customer orders with a team of 25 staff members.
Responsible for organizing stock, making Good Receiving GR, Put away of stock in system to allocate in Bins, proceeding Good Issue GI once stock dispatch from Warehouse.
Tracking delivery stock once dispatch from warehouse with After-sales team till its POD proof of delivery done.
Making STO shipment # and shipment cost which truck dispatch from Warehouse to other branches warehouse for stock demand fulfillment.
Organize export shipments STO & CCSTO, documents control and preparation, booking with appointed logistics supplier, shipment pre-alerts to destination.
Planning Stock availability, making STO for fulfillment of requirement of other Warehouses.
Coordinate with shipment drivers to meet confirm schedules.
Make re schedule customer return deliveries which customer postponed in receiving.
Request and update reservation stock which caused due to manufacture defect or damage under after sales custody.
Plans, Replenishes, orders and ensure availability of needed materials completely for showroom & back-store needs.
Track stock through warehouses to make sure they arrive at their destination.
Coordinate with finance department to process shipment cost based on transport charges, clearance, customs, insurance and other charges.
Managing warehousing cost and ensure its meeting with budget objectives.
Manage all Warehouse workers including pickers, inventory controller, Fork lifter operators, Warehouse men, warehouse clerks and deals with administration tasks like attendance, recruitment for outsource employee depend upon session, discipline of staff, training development and monitoring their performance.
Dealing all warehouse stock management & customer deliveries issues on MS Outlook with other company colleagues.
Use SAP software solution to make above duties done in system.
Organizing Material, Dispatching Material (Post Good Issue),
GR, Put away bin to bin, Good Issue using SAP, Using Outlook for E-mails and deal all issue of warehouse, Making Transfer orders using SAP software, Checking raw material within warehouse using SAP and inform senior officer, Supervise and manage all Warehouse Labor Staff, Manage office tasks, Making statistical reports, Give reports to senior management.
4 years Bachelor of Business Administration (HON) in Management and Marketing.
