Directing evaluation of project, cost analysis at decision points for construction of utilities & infrastructures
Conducting project feasibility studies & review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking
Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output
Supervising all electrical activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management
Preparing technical specifications & scope and deliverables, estimates and BOQ based on requirements generated during detailed engineering of the project
Coordinating with contractors w.r.t. techno-commercial negotiations, cost statements, bills, claims, etc.
Monitoring the performance level of the service staff for ensuring superior customer service and accomplishment of service targets
Installation and execution of low current system such as fallows:
Fire alarm system
Lighting control system
Access control system
Ip-cctv
Video intercom system
Public address system
Structural cabling system
Earthing System installation & testing for the building structure, Electrical equipment transformers, generators, panels, D.Bs, MCCs, and R.M.U etc.
Pulling, Installation & terminations of low voltage single or multicore, PVC/PVC, XLPE/PVC, cable(750/1000V), building wires single core PVC insulated, annealed copper conductor(450/750 V)
Pulling, Installation & terminations of Medium voltage cables 630mm sq, 300mm sq. Cu/XLPE/PVC single core(8.5/15KV with 17.5 KV max)). For 13.8 KV system, & 185mm sq.Cu/XLPE/PVC single core cables(6/10 KV with 12 KV max) for 4.16 KV system.
Cable trays, trunking, RSC, EMT, UPVC, Rigid PVC all type of installation in concrete encased duct banks etc.
Installation & cable termination in MCC panels, D.Bs R.M.U(MCSET, SM6), Transformer (Dry type cast resin), LV Block Set-Make: Schneider Electric.
Installation, fixing low current & low voltage wiring devices (power sockets, switches, floor boxes, outlets etc), decorative type, industrial type, heavy duty. Make: M.K.
Installation, checking, testing of all type of lighting fixtures ( decorative, industrial type) surface mounted, recessed type etc.
Master Clock system, Access control system, BMS (DGP panels), Fire Alarm system. Audio/Visual system, CCTV, Installation, checking, testing &commissioning.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation of Method Of statements for all Electrical works.
Follow the Project Inspection Test Plan and Project Specifications and Make sure the work is carried out according to the project specifications.
Supervision of Electrical site work with respect to the approved shop drawing, specification & code.
Inspection of Electrical system installation (first fixing, second fixing etc.).
Electrical conduiting /cabling modification as per the site requirements.
Monitoring & maintain quality for the standard installation procedure .
To attend site construction meeting to resolve day by day site matters with the coordinating of other disciplines.
