Directs and coordinates activities concerned with planning and execution of Procurement.
•Responsible for the procurement of commodities through the development and implementation of commodity strategies plans and the management of supplier relationship.
•Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials, parts, supplies and equipment in a timely and cost-effective way; timely manner while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications
•Handling approximately US$ 5-10 million/year worth of procurement of goods & services.

•Take steps to make sure our inventory always remains well-stocked in order that we can successfully fulfill customer orders and maximize our investments.
•Resolve issues such as, delay of shipments, short shipments, damaged items, non-conformance goods and insurance claim.
•Maintain damage records and backorder logs.
•Assure that all new suppliers have the required documents needed for SFDA registration.
•Coordinating with suppliers for the documents required to import the goods.
•Notify supplier and concerned departments after receiving POD (proof of delivery) from ware house once shipment arrives through Material Management System (SAP).
•Arrange approvals and importing license for Customs and Food & Drug Authority as (MDIL-MDMA-MDNR-Public Security & Intertek /SASO Certificate) for Government Tenders and local market to clear the shipment from Dry and seaport.
