•Assure that all new suppliers have the required documents needed for SFDA registration.
•Coordinating with suppliers for the documents required to import the goods.
•Notify supplier and concerned departments after receiving POD (proof of delivery) from ware house once shipment arrives through Material Management System (SAP).
•Arrange approvals and importing license for Customs and Food & Drug Authority as (MDIL-MDMA-MDNR-Public Security & Intertek /SASO Certificate) for Government Tenders and local market to clear the shipment from Dry and seaport.
