Most of the below mentioned tasks are performed on Server Software and MIS.
Responsibilities:
>Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
>Assist in completion of annual audit.
>Input accounting data into the accounting system with speed and accuracy.
>Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
>Work closely with the Finance Manager or the Chief Accountant to ensure smooth operation of
accounting matters.
>Making invoices and Cash receiving for various services.
>Preparation of refund invoice.
>Preparation of Cash Book and Managing petty cash transactions.
>Admission and discharge of patient as per co. policy.
>Preparation of Final Expense Bill to inpatient.
>Preparation of payment receiving Invoices and Receiving cash.
>Preparation of annual renewal of hospital price list for corporate clients.
>Recovery of accounts receivable from corporate clients.
>Oral and written communication with corporate clients.
>Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
Four Years of University regular study comprising of various subjects consisting mainly of Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Macro Economics and Micros Economics. Studied additional subjects of Project Planning, Philosophy, Sociology, English, Human Resource Development, Public Finance and Developmental Economics.
Intermediate, with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English in Major.
SSC - Metric level - Science subjects with Computer science as additional subject.
