As Head of Residential design, direct atleast 3 project management teams achieving objectives and creating value as per development expectations. Achieve success by planned coordination with stakeholders, increase engagement with Investment, legal, Leasing, Finance, Marketing and Sales aspects of projects. Team building with consultants encouraging a culture of collaborative working environment. Expedite structured decision making, provide professional feedback swiftly to guard progress.
Interface with larger Masterplan regarding sustainability, centralised infrastructure strategy, landscape theme, public realm & amenities design, mobility & pedestrian connectivity strategy and community facilities. Constantly thriving to improve, interdepartmental interactions to issue timely feedback on design schemes for project success. Mentor team of architects and engineers, foster growth mindset and constantly thriving to accelerate productivity. Strongly advocate implementing green buildings standards, off-site modular construction strategy, VE to achieve a lean and high-quality product deliverables.

HUB RESIDENCES PROJECT-Land Area Under Development more than ½ million Sqm.
Direct preconcept, concept design development of high-rise residential lifestyle neighbourhood in the Hub district of KEC, containing 1500 Apartments, penthouses, public realm plaza, courtyards, retail village & amenities.
Engaged from inception of project with company leadership, translating project vision into a strategic design brief. Ensure the design captures all development aspects, identified market needs, prevailing construction costs and business feasibility.
Project manage the design phase by developing RFPs to engage design services of international renowned design consultants, take part in scope & fee negotiations, and conclude terms of appointment. Foster partnerships with designers, by clarifying expectations and securing buy-in, to deliver design to agreed time, cost, and quality.
Review architecture design proposals and co-ordinate reviews with master planners, engineers, and Authorities. Ensure design solutions align with the brief, culturally sensitive, on budget and code compliant. Present design proposals to senior leadership, sales, marketing, investment functions and Implementing feedback received to provide comprehensive design information.

AL-ALIYA MASTERPLAN COMMUNITY Area Under Development more than ¼ million Sqm
Lead complete delivery of design from inception through construction for a Mid-rise residential community development consisting of 1600 apartments, Mansions, retail, offices & Amenities arranged alongside a kilometre long landscape public realm.
Project management of design process by securing design within time, cost & quality constrains. Undertake design reviews of all stages up to IFC. Control cost to budget and implementing VE exercise. Manage authority compliance and approvals by engaging AOR/DRC. Developing scope of work statements for construction in accordance with the procurement strategy to float tenders and evaluate incoming proposals. Work closely with international conglomerate enhancing project value creation and reduce cost.
Engage and guide consultants in driving building efficiency developing quality architecture designs, robust detailing, and material pallet selection.
