RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing sales invoices & the upkeep of an accurate accounts filing system.
Preparation and input of month end journal vouchers.
Inputting, matching, batching and coding of invoices.
Debtor and Creditor reconciliations.
Preparation of various reports for senior managers.
Supervising junior financial staff.
Responsible for KPI analysis and evaluation of costs and margins.
Conversant with PAYE and VAT reconciliations.
Conducting regular business reviews of financial performance.
Proactively identifying business improvement opportunities.
Fixed Asset accounting, reconciliations and depreciation journals.
Ensuring that information is accurately collated & entered into systems.
Preparation of biweekly invoice and expense claim payment runs.
Assist in the preparation of monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
Inputting of supplier invoices and employee expense claims to the ledgers.
DUTIES
onsibilities:
Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
Provide assistance and support to company personnel
Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and
discrepancies
Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
Constantly update job knowledge
Company related cash book,
Daily Site Expenses sheet,
Parties Ledgers payable & Receivable.
Operate the cash register, computer, telephone, barcode
scanners, receipt printers, and debit/credit card readers. and
process customer payments.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
Restock the store as needed.
Ensure all store policies and procedures are being followed.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Energetic and dedicated team player, willingly working multiple
shifts and overtime to ensure uncompromised coverage of
cashier stations.
Good computer skills with solid experience in MS Office
❖ M.Com in Second Division passed in the year of 2012 from University of Sindh Jamshoro.
❖ B.Com Second Division passed in the year of 2011 from University of Sindh Jamshoro.
❖ HSC Commerce Second Division passed in the year of 2008 from B.I.S.E Hyderabad.
