•Responsible for implementation and managing wireless networks and monitoring day to day progress for the various Modernization projects.
•Monitoring the PO’s, budget utilization, As-Built approvals and coordinate with the finance department for scope approvals for the vendors.

Implementing the work order for the concerned sites and SSV acceptance done by Static, Mobility, CSFB and IRAT tests and thus these data throughput results are precisely analysed and has to fulfil the designed pattern of the customer to label the site as wholly operational.
• Have a decent experience on Alcatel-Lucent LTE network equipment and hands on both the TDD and FDD network.
• Good understanding of LTE Pre-launch tuning and post- launch, parameters and L3 messaging handover and call flows.
• Identifying poor coverage and coverage holes and troubleshooting it by tilt recommendation and power utilisation.
• Analysing the neighbour relations such as inter, intra, IRAT and cell reselection and tuning the A3 offset for the smooth handovers among the cells.
• In depth knowledge of LTE Core elements MME, HSS, SGW and PGW.
• Hands on ALU tools for monitoring the traffic of the cell/site and hourly progress of the flow and KPI’s for the targeted site.
MSc Project (July 2012 – November 2012): “LTE Advance Carrier Aggregation as 4G services” Objective: Carrier Aggregation is the technology which improves the traffic throughput and increases the efficiency of the 4G network by upgrading LTE to LTE Advance without any major changes in the equipment or the network infrastructure. This increases in peak data rate downlink approximately up to 3Gbps and uplink to 1Gbps. The project was completed by comparing the peak data rate downlink and uplink of LTE Advance and LTE by simulating on the NS-3 software which shows the need of using LTE Advance as 4G would be an advantage to the mobile service providers and its customers.
