• Responsible for the correspondences with the Principle regarding application and technical assistance.
• Ranges of equipment are laboratory, analytical and testing equipment. Namely Electronic balances and micro recording balances octane analyzers, hydrogen and nitrogen generators water bath and refrigerated circulators .chamber furnaces, spectrophotometers, calorimeters, portable weather stations, Gloss meters, Nano Intenders, Sample preparing instruments etc.
•Responsible for covering installations and commissioning of the equipment on customer site.
•Oversee the management and maintenance of laboratory equipment, ensuring that equipment is properly calibrated following on manufacturer’s instructions.
•Demonstration and briefing of the equipment on the customer site.
