Job Profile: Recruitment Process: ➢ Recruitment process of the company coordinating with Corporate HR.
➢ Preparing & releasing advertisements.
➢ Receiving CV's against advertisement, Screening the profiles and sending forwarding it to the requisite department heads, preliminary short listing, and Scheduling appointments
➢ Issuing call letters to the short listed candidates for Interviews.
➢ Arranging & coordinating interviews, coordination with overseas candidates.
➢ Arranging Offer & appointment letters through SAP.
➢ Coordinating with process of manpower planning & budgeting along with the various departmental heads to arrange the logistics of the recruitment process employees required, selection of advertising media, Preparation of advertisements, short listing as per candidate specification, Curriculum Vitae analysis of specific technical abilities and references, assuring of confidentiality and arranging interviews for short listing candidates, processing appointment letter.
