As a Product Specialist I am responsible for following roles:
Drive the company`s sales goals and profitability in assigned regions.
Promoting our products and developing new prospects all over UAE including the government
and private hospitals.
Launch new products, arrange workshops and follow up with doctors.
Work on tenders and quotation for private hospitals, MOH, SEHA and Military hospital.
Plan and execute sales activities to meet targets.
Coordination with modality manager for Specs Configuration and Price negotiation
Development of Sales Action Plans and Insightful market analysis
Technical Sales / Specs designing
Interact with many organizational departments and customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Analyzing current results related to sales and finding the best resources to ensure marketing.
Complete after sales equipment logistics and Installation until successful commissioning
Train Doctors and Nurses on Equipment.
Attend cases with Doctors for any inquiries and any emergency
Providing an after-sales service to all the clients.
As I was working on Turnkey Projects for Healthcare and Educational sectors, I had several
responsibilities. Some of them are as follows;
Responsible for handling all marketing, sales and customer care activities.
Carrying the market, customer and competitors’ information; searching and reporting
back to the management..
Visiting potential customers to demonstrate products and attempts to win new markets.
Negotiating with customers the variations in prices and special promotions.
Develop and maintain close marketing and sales relationships.
Help customers’ identify their issues, needs and requirements.
Commit to sales targets; reviews own sales performance, adopts corrective and
preventive action accordingly.
Conduct regular visits to the customers to ensure the satisfactory level of service and
delivery.
Updating the management with all market needs built on customer needs.
Discussing the orders with customers and solving any problem in the delivery, quantity,
and quality.
Looking for new projects for current customers and for new accounts also.
Produce internal communications to update the customers about the delivery and orders.
As a Sales engineer I was responsible for giving proper product presentations to customers and
company staff
Design and implement sales plans and meet the sales goals as planned.
Recommend various improved materials or machinery to customers and clients by showing how
these changes and improvements will lower costs and improve performances
Submit reports to Biomedical Sales Manager regarding overall sales and commission for the
month.
Manage service contracts and projects including special and complex contracts.
Evaluate tender submissions and recommend corrective actions.
Demonstrate to Accredited hospitals the proper usage and administration of new manufactured
medical equipments.
• As a Sales and Service engineer my responsibilities was to involve in pre sale activities and sales
support.
• Provide and help Sales department to chose and demonstrate technical aspect of the BIO Medical
equipment to the customer.
• Place the order of the sold equipment as per customer requirements.
• Conduct the training session for the End user on installed equipments.
• As a service Engineer I was responsible of installation and service of installed equipments.
• Schedule Preventive maintenance to make sure system's error less operation.
