Managing installation, erection & commissioning of electrical systems.
Responsible for Installation of CCTV cameras through DVR Box, Telephone Data Networks, E-learning and smart class rooms Installation.
Responsible for installation of Addressable fire alarm system (Sounders & Hooters, Smoke & Heat Detectors) and Access control system.
Adequate knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD Configuration & Equipment Specification.
Dealing with client, consultant and suppliers.
Analyzed and interpreted test results.
Co-ordination with other disciplines.
Manpower management and Evaluation of manpower.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for all site related electrical activities.
Correct sequencing of work to avoid abortive reworks.
Responsible for raising inspection request (IRE) as per site work completed.
Co-ordination with supervision team and maintain required documentation & communication.
Responsible to maintain the overall site quality works as per project specification and related standards.
Understand and plan the activities on site to ensure on timely completion of the project.
Co-ordination with all MEP services with respect to quality project progress.
Responsible for installation of electrical equipment’s with ensuring safety at site.
Analyze the risks involved in the project towards the workers.
Review contractor IFC / shop drawings, Material submittals, Method of statements, Drawing submittals, RFI, IRE and MIR.
Conduct plan / unplanned surveillance onsite to verify subcontractors perform the activity in quality and safety.
Responsible for overseeing all electrical network of the Project.
Review and monitor variation to the work to mitigate time and cost impacts for any required changes.
Attend material inspection and witness laboratory testing.
Monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and procedures.
Responsible for the issuance of weekly site observation reports and issuance of noncompliance report (NCR).
Liaising with the other inspectors and project engineering to provide support and guidance as required.
Maintain records of all submittals and testing both onsite and offsite.
Maintain full site Record including daily site inspection record in an approved format and formally monthly progress photography.
Prepare reports related to inspection and quality of the works.
DESIGN PROJECTS HANDLED:
1. Worked on Electrical Design Calculation of Power and Lightning Layout for Green Mountain, Qatar.
2. Worked on Electrical Design Calculation of Lightning Schedule, Circuit Breakers, and Cables for Normal Lightning and Power DB for Doughnut Restaurant, Abha, KSA.
3. Worked on Electrical Design Calculation of Load Distribution Schedule for Kerala Bungalow, India.
Job Responsibilities:
Calculate the Electrical load calculation, Breaker selection, Cable sizing calculation, Lux level calculation, , Voltage Drop Calculation, Bus bar and Earthing calculation, Lighting and illumination design for Commercial & Residential complexes.
Preparation of Single line diagram for Electrical load.
Selection of transformer and capacitor bank based on Load Requirement.
Providing guidance to prepare Lighting layouts, power layouts, Load schedule & related engg calculations like DB, MCB size selection etc.
Preparation of Single line diagram layouts, specification for Electrical Equipments such as Transformers, Energy meter, Fuses, Circuit Breakers (MCB, MCCB), capacitor bank, RYB cables, Voltage Drop Calculation, Distribution Boards, etc.
Provide Clarification of any information raised by Contractor/Clients related to Design.
