Working as a Fleet & Workshops Manager in
National Foods Products Company, Sharjah, U.A.E from December 2014 to till date.
Job Profile:
Direct recruited by the company, reporting to the Head of Fleet.
Job Role:
Managing Central Workshop / Depot in Sharjah U.A.E (Central Workshop with a staff of 40+) with vehicles all over UAE.
Responsible for maintaining the Fleet of 7 Companies:
Oasis, Lacnor, Milco, Gulf & Safa Dairies, Arla Foods, Milco Plastics and International Royal Bakeries.
Maintaining around 800 vehicles:
Trailers / Prime movers: Mercedes, Scania, MAN;
Passenger vehicles: cars, 4x4s, pickups, vans, buses;
Refrigerated Delivery vans: Isuzu, Mitsubishi, MAN, and Hino;
Delivery Vans: Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Hino;
Cooling Units: Thermoking, Carrier, Red Dot.
Maintaining the Fork Lifts and High Reach Trucks.
Maintaining more than 8000 Shop Fridge Cabinets,
Monitoring the KPI’s - Weekly and Monthly.
Achieving the targets set by KPI’s (weekly & monthly).
Implementing the Preventive Maintenance for the Sales vans in order to reduce the Breakdowns and Cost.
Monitoring the expenses / purchases and adhering to the Budgeted guidelines and staying within the budget.
Reducing the Manpower / Man-hours and Cost and following the Lean management system.
Monitoring the Fuel by Fuel Management System,
To ensure the cost per liter kilometer is always within the prescribed limit.
Effective Route Planning.
Maximum utilization of the fleet by minimizing the idle hours.
Job Profile:
Direct recruited by the company, reporting to the Head of Administration & Fleet.
Job Role:
Managing 6 Depots in entire U.A.E (Regional Workshops with a staff of 40+) at 06 cities (Dubai, Abudhabi, Alain, Fujairah, Buraimi, Jabel Dhana ).
Responsible for the entire region maintaining the Fleet.
(i) Around 300 Refrigerated vehicles with Thermoking, Carrier & Red Dot;
For Ice Cream, Dairy & Dry vans.
\[220 sales vans (4.2Ton), 30 Heavy trucks (10 ton) and 50 Trailers.\]
(ii) Managing more than 100 Refrigerated Leased vehicles.
(iii) Maintaining more than 5000 Shop Fridge Cabinets,
(Sanden / Coastan / Everest - Freezers & Chillers)
(iv) Maintaining the Fork Lifts and High Reach Trucks
Job Role:
Managing 7 Depots in entire Oman (Regional Workshops with a staff of 40+) at 07 cities with Cold Stores.
Maintaining the Cold Stores(- 18*C - Freezer, +3*C to +5*C Cold Stores, & 22*C Ambient Stores)
Responsible for the entire region maintaining the Fleet of Dairy & Bakery (Lusine).
(i) Around 500 vehicles; \[150 cars/ pickups,
350 refrigerated ISUZU trucks (350 Cooling Units - Thermoking & Carrier),
(ii) More than 5000 Shop Fridge Cabinets,
(Sanden / Coastan / Everest - Open and Door coolers Max 2mts)
(iii) Managing 07 Cold Stores according to Cold Chain / Chill Management
ISO 22000.
•Monitoring the Regional & Divisional KPI’s - Weekly and Monthly.

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. From March 2009 to July 2012.
Job Role:
Managing 12 Depots (Regional Workshops with a staff of 70+) at 12 cities (Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Tabuk, Taif, Yanbu, Sharaya, Al Aula, Umlujj, Alwej, Tayma, Khurma) with Cold Stores.
Responsible for the entire region maintaining the Fleet of Dairy, Bakeries (Lusine), Poultry (Alyoum) & Baby Foods (IPNC).
(i) Around 1200 vehicles; \[300 cars/ pickups / vans / buses,
700 refrigerated ISUZU trucks (700 Cooling Units - Thermoking & Carrier),
200 Mitsubishi / Isuzu / MAN Trucks\]
(ii) More than 14000 Shop Fridge Cabinets,
(Sanden / Coastan / Everest - Open and Door coolers Max 2mts)
