Key Responsibilities:
• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
• Issue Purchase order, Receive Delivery Note and Checking Item at the time of Delivery
• Received invoice and prepare all related documents to submit into Accounts office
• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
• Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
• Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
• Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
• Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future
development
• Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed
• Manage and monitor all transactional procurement including evaluation Vendors contract
management, legal considerations, payment conditions, contractors, performance evaluation, and risk assessment
• Maintain effective communication between the management and the procurement team to ensure
priority requirements, and timely delivery of goods, works, and services using the most appropriate procurement procedures
• Manage the entire process in the planning of procurement and supply chain activities, inventory control distribution, ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid costlydelays and lost
opportunities
• Manage the SEO, Web Designing, Content Writers For Blog Upload and Face Book Marketing Team.
• Prepare project documentation, such as requirements specifications, design documents, Flow Charts & test plan (ERP).

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform new hardware upgrades/installs including data backup/migration in a laptop and desktop environment
• Maintains an exceptional level of communication and service with end-users
• Evaluates, Prioritizes and addresses all types of services, and requests handled by the IT team (desktop support, phone/email response).

• Three years of experience performing learning management system (LMS) administration for a school organization.
• Experience using and managing learning management systems (LMS).
• Give demonstration to the clients for ERP Based Software in Schools, Institutes and different other businesses.
• Evaluate data in bulk quantity which received from different Ips and send to disbursement department
• Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies

• Be responsible for introducing process improvements in the supply chain and identify new vendors/suppliers without jeopardizing quality and service delivery
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors that facilitate a smooth flow of services
• Manage the entire process in the planning of procurement and supply chain activities, inventory control distribution, ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities
