• Assisting the Project Manager in the Project as per schedule of maintenance.
• Performing daily inspections at site based on Preventive maintenance schedule and reactive maintenance activities.
• Raising NCR reports based on the inspections.
• Monthly KPI evaluations based on the inspections reports and completions of PM & RM activities.
• Oversees the preventive and corrective maintenance of the HVAC systems with a view to ensuring continuous functionality in coordination with client departments and ensuring a top safety level.
Inspects the functionality of equipment and installations under my responsibility.
• Supervises the inspection of installation in his charge to evaluate the Contractor's performance in operation & maintenance.
• Initiates proposals for corrective action on deficiencies in existing facilities in the field.
• Prepares and updates the annual preventive maintenance schedule and oversees its implementation.
• Oversees the realization of the preventive maintenance of systems under my responsibility.
• Supervises and reports on work progress outsourced by the company.
• Carries out coordination of work in progress with concerned services and ensures that work is carried out on schedule and ensures the functioning state of equipment likely to jeopardize safety.
• Control the spare parts and material consumption.
• Evaluates the performances of the personnel under his supervision, trains and coaches them.
• Maintain & Repair Mechanical equipment Air handling units (AHU), Fan coil units (FCU’s). (Maintenance).
• Give day to day technical support for breakdown diagnostics & repair, including risk and failure analysis.
• Making the estimation of material quantities.
• Performing the preventive maintenance of all mechanical equipment’s as per manufacturer recommendation.
• Daily routine checks at the site.
• Preparation of material request.
• Preparation of daily work report.
• Arranging coordinating meetings.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Maintaining detailed diary of daily work activities, issues, work approved or rejected, hours of operations, labor and equipment used and sign at the end of each day.
• Ensuring that contract obligations are fulfilled.
• To oversee MEP service installation under civil contractor scope of works.
• Close inspection for MEP contractor installation works.
• Carry out site walks and inspection for service installation, identifying poor quality elements and advise construction team and MEP Manager.
• Carry out inspection for MEP Contractor material along with QA/QC and Consultant.
• Making the pump head calculations domestic water supply according to UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE.
• Making the pump head calculations for chilled water primary & secondary pumps according to ASHRAE STANDARD.
• Making the pump head calculations domestic water supply according to UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE.
• Making the ESP (external static pressure) calculation for the AHU's FAN's & EXHAUST FAN’s according to the ASHRAE STANDARD.
• Raising the RFI'S to consultants by seeing the IFC drawings and following the ASHREA, QCS, and NFPA etc.
• Preparation of material submittal according to the project specification and QCS and submitting to consultants for approval of material.
• Installation of Irrigation network with the pumping station.
• Installation of Sewage and storm networks with the lifting stations.
• Chemical dosing system with the chilled water network and chlorination system with domestic network.
• Sump pumps installation and coordination with the landscape for the inspection’s chambers.
• Participate in meeting with consultants and clients to reviews progress and resolve design issue and technical issues at site.
• Preparation of the method of statements according to manufacturer recommendation and submitting to consultants.
• Making the variations sheet in the equipment schedule or in the quantities.
• Making the estimation of material quantities.
• Preparation of shop drawings with the co-ordinate by other services.
• Making the planning for execution of project as per the planning department.
• Making the inspection on the site time to time whether the installation going on the site as per the shop drawings if any change will come during the execution of site will take the approval from the Consultants.
• Making the inspection for the quality of materials as per the approved materials with the consultants.
• Supervision of the site and execute the site within the project time duration.

• Report any delay to the Project Engineer if appearing on the schedule.
• Ensure regular and timely response to contractor RFI’s to witness and verify technical inspection and materials testing as required.
• Regularly attend Quality meeting and contribute to resolution of quality issues that occurred.
• Closely cooperate with PMT, HSE, Contactor and other department in project implementation required.
• Carry out inspection & certify all necessary inspections during various stages of site activities as per approved inspection and test plan.
• Initiate NCR, SDR for any violation in implementation for non-conformance and discrepancy.
• Actively participate in the generation of punch list.
• Supervision of the site and execute the site as soon as possible.
Read the HVAC layouts making the estimation of the quantities as per the design and calculating the ducting sheets quantities and pipe measurements and request for all materials, procured all the materials which needs on the site. Supervision of all works doing as per the standard and check the quality of materials. Co-ordinate with the other respective departments and with the sub contactors. If any plan change then will take the approval from the client and Making the BOQ and submitting to my manager and hand over the site to the client.
