• Responsible for handling the entire projects
• Make floor plan and lead the team
• Prepare the Project sheet with all the process and steps included
• Plan the process to be followed and fix the deadline for translator
• Allot the job to the aligned International / Domestic translators
• Take the update from translators on the progress regularly
• Assign the tasks to Quality Controller and keep them updated about the project
• Monitor the team performance and plan to improve the productivity & quality
• If anticipating any issue or delay in delivering the job then inform to Project Manager and update the Sales team accordingly
• Reporting day to day operational status to Project Manager
• Give presentation to Senior Manager
• Handle multiple teams and projects
• Create staffing roster and manage the staffing
• Make floor plan and lead the team
• Assign tasks to Graphic Designers and Quality Controllers and manage the shift
• Conducting daily audits and periodical meetings
• New project implementations
• Create documentation on all the process
• Train the team in software skills, production, accuracy and quality
• Solve and help the team resolve the technical and process related issues
• Monitor the team performance and plan to improve the productivity
• Signoff the files for printing
• Generate Productivity and quality metrics
• Reporting day to day operational status to Managers
• Give presentation to Senior Manager
• Interaction with Onshore Managers
