Inspection for civil works, which includes structural & finishing works and ensure that the
work is as per the Project Specifications and issued for construction drawing/final
approved drawings from authorities.
Supervising the works on site in accordance with the contract documents and using the
template and procedure established by the consultant.
Studying the work plan submitted by the contactor and suggests any modifications.
Monitoring the progress on site and the performance and reporting to the Project manager
as well as on quality status of works.
Monitor for safe working procedures.
Using Techniques & Motivating Manpower to reduce material waste & increase cost
efficiency.
Delivery of materials and inspection of incoming materials and other related architectural
as well as the quality issues are being discussed and observed
Estimating the quantities and project coordinating to complete the project in the schedule
time.
Preparing reports and submitting to the construction manager.
Ensure work period should be within time limit as per Base Line schedule under approved
budget.
Monitor project work is done as per specifications, work quality and material.
Ensure projects run smoothly and structures are completed on time with minimize wastage
of material and manpower.
Conduct quality inspection of all incoming structural and architectural materials delivery.
Quality issue are being observed and discussed with higher management.
Reporting to QA/QC Manager all quality related issues
Checking and preparing daily, weekly, monthly site reports and arrange site progress
pictures.
Coordinate with other departments on daily activities issues. like MEP.
