- To manage all kind of import & export operations.
- To enter or record the shipment & its details to the logistics system for smooth processing.
- To prepare, maintain and update documentation of processes to meet accounts requirement and changes in customer requirements
- To update information of shipment statistics to the client upon receipt of the goods in the warehouse.
- To communicate the clients in order to provide them up to the mark of service in instant replying of the queries.
- To keep close follow up for the under process shipments & to update same to the client accordingly.
- To consult clients for queries by means of telephonic conversation & email conversation as well.
- To update the client weekly for their upcoming shipments by sending them weekly pending shipments report with all kind of details of the shipment.
- To plan & implement marketing strategy by communicating & discussing with marketing
& sales department according to current market situations & rate fluctuations.
- To update performance, budgets & all kind of reports to the management by means of reporting.
